JIMIN LEE

I work on the systems that let products connect.

I’m a product manager specializing in enterprise integrations and developer platforms for B2B SaaS. At NAVER Cloud, I led product planning for a shared third-party app platform serving LINE WORKS in Japan and NAVER WORKS in Korea.

My scope ran from the App Console and App Market to partner onboarding, developer documentation, and lifecycle operations. I’m most at home turning repeated partner needs and manual operations into reusable product capabilities.

Work experience

At NAVER Cloud, the same ecosystem looked different depending on where I stood: at the shared platform level, beside a partner moving an app, or in the internal workflows used to review, publish, and operate apps.

One platform, two markets

Third-party app ecosystems from multiple enterprise software products were moving onto a shared WORKS platform. I led product planning for the consolidation, extending capabilities already serving LINE WORKS in Japan to launch the NAVER WORKS App Market and App Console in Korea.

I defined product- and market-specific requirements for app types, marketplace visibility and distribution, installation, and paid-app setup and lifecycle workflows. The work included license-based plans and metering APIs, developed in partnership with the billing product team.

Requirements through post-launch

Four app migrations, end to end

Four existing paid third-party apps needed to move onto the shared platform. I led the work from requirements alignment and technical guidance through testing, marketplace release, and post-launch support.

After migration, installed domains and users each increased by an average of 50% across the four apps.

Concept through phased releases

The platform behind the marketplace

I led product planning for an internal app-operations platform from concept through phased releases. The platform replaced recurring engineer-mediated work with role-based workflows for app review, publishing, permissions, visibility, installation data, and pre-release testing.

I also defined product requirements and policies for OIDC-based authentication, OAuth 2.0 authorization, API access, scopes, and permissions. When backend contracts changed, I translated them into App Console workflows and developer documentation, then managed partner communications, grace periods, staged rollouts, and deprecation planning.

Alongside that work, I replaced static PDF guides with a maintained, self-service developer site and managed review and lifecycle operations for first- and third-party apps and integrations across Korea and Japan.

Earlier: I was a marketing intern on Kakao Work at Kakao Enterprise, where I analyzed campaign performance and developed customer-facing content for the enterprise collaboration product (September 2020–February 2021).
